Each vocal mix averages 1.5 minutes in length and includes one pass of every vocal section of the song. Here’s what we mean…
Following is an example a typical full-length song arrangement:
“GOD IS GREAT”
Verse 1 – Chorus – Verse 2 –Chorus – Chorus – Bridge – Chorus – Chorus
In this example, when listening to any of the vocal part mixes of the song you will hear:
ONLY 1 Verse, 1 Chorus and the Bridge of the arrangement for “God Is Great”.
There are 2 reasons for this:
1) More often than not, Verse 2 (or 2 & 3 in some cases) has the same general phrasing as Verse 1 and the Chorus is…well…a Chorus! Meaning that it is almost always the same or with a slight variation.
2) Once your vocal team has learned a song and they are listening for review purposes only, believe me, they will appreciate the time they save when there is only one pass of each vocal section!
IMPORTANT: Each vocal mix is limited to ONE download. However, if you have technical difficulties with a download, contact us and we will be happy to allow you another.

R-TRAX are rehearsal tracks that are full-length arrangements of every song in the praisevocals.com Song Catalog.
R-TRAX features:
• A PIANO TRACK with a hi-hat quarter note CLICK TRACK that runs throughout the song. We have also recorded a quarter note wood block click that will play for 1 bar before each vocal section. Feel free to rewind or fast forward - you will always know where you are and when a new vocal section is about to begin.
• R-TRAX are like having an accompanist with you all of the time! R-TRAX are perfect for those rehearsal situations where there are no instrumentalists available. At our church, we have concurrent vocal and band rehearsals. My Vocal Director, who is NOT an instrumentalist, will rehearse the vocal team while I rehearse the band. She can pop in an R-TRAX CD with the songs of the week on it and they will have a productive, efficient rehearsal WITHOUT an accompanist.
• Each R-TRAX arrangement has been recorded in 2 to 3 different keys. If your church doesn’t sing a song in the same key as the vocal parts recording, you can choose one of the other keys we’ve made available with the R-TRAX feature.
• R-TRAX maps make it easy to follow along. The R-TRAX map is a PDF file that has been created for every song and has the entire arrangement clearly mapped out for you to follow.
• R-TRAX are perfect for individual rehearsal times. You and your Vocal Team can create an R-TRAX CD and pop it into your CD player or transfer R-TRAX to your iPOD so you can listen and sing along in your car, home or office.
